Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of a mixed-race family from South London in England. The father of her is Nigerian and Swiss as well as her mother is English. She was born in the south London Council Estate. She was a student at The Brit School aged 14. She attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London which she graduated with an acting BA. She appeared in many performances on stage during her school days, including the King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her acting career in the movie Storm Damage. In the years since Madekwe's appearance in Teachers as well as Doctors. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), with Colin Farrell. Her popularity resulted in her being cast as Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. She also landed the role of Bambi in The ITV2 drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl, appearing in series two and three. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Affect People. The credits on stage for Madekwe are Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 when she appeared on the dramatic The Beautiful Life. The drama aired for just two episodes before it was removed from The CW. In February, she was cast 2011 in the role of Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. After being a regular for the first two seasons, it was reported in late May 2013 that she would quit the show following her appearance on the first episode of the third season. She was Tituba in the show Salem in 2014 until. In June 2012, she got married to her long-time partner actor Iddo Goldberg. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared as a couple in Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Her parents, Roy and Patty along with the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram, were all present. Ashley grew in arenas or baseball parks since her brothers, who were all athletic, played hockey and baseball and both in the spring and summer. Ashley had never been able to actually walk. She would dance. At two and a half, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley fell in love with dance at this age. Ashley continued to perform competitively until her high-school graduation at the top levels of competitions, such as tap, Jazz, Ballet and Pointe. She also competed in Acrobatics, Acrobatics Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, and much more. Top soloists at big competitions, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
