CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He grew up in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half-Mexican on his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. Both his parents were addicts to heroin that made it difficult for him to grow up. He was also in the gangs. He also used drugs such as cocaine. When he was a child the teen was taken to detention for juveniles. His parents divorced when he was 13. He went to Huntington Beach High School and wrestled. His mother removed him from school when he turned 18.
